During this period, the airport handled 41.6 million passengers, exceeding 100% of the passenger count from the first half of 2019.
  • In response to the surge in passenger traffic, Dubai International Airport revised its annual passenger forecast for the second time this year. The airport's full-year estimate was increased to 85 million passengers, a slight decrease of only 1.6% compared to the passenger traffic recorded in 2019.
