- Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), is building an entertainment destination worth more than $266M in Tabuk. It spans a land area of 40,000 sq. meters and is located on King Faisal Road.
- This entertainment destination is surrounded by gardens, and has a colored glass canopy inspired by traditional art. A hydroponic tower is also made to appreciate the agricultural contribution of the city to the Kingdom. And includes an entertainment center, a junior family entertainment center for young kids, and a Discovery Adventures center created in partnership with Warner Bros.
Why it matters
The venture is not stopping just here; it is investing more than $13B to construct 21 entertainment destinations all over Saudi Arabia. These investments will help diversify Saudi’s oil-based economy and offer more employment.
