Akhbaraka Newsletter Referral Program Terms and Conditions


  1. Eligibility

The Akhbaraka Newsletter Referral Program is valid for existing subscribers who refer new subscribers to Akhbaraka. The referred individuals must be new subscribers and have confirmed their subscription for the referrer to be eligible for rewards. Employees of Baraka Financial Limited are not eligible.

  1. Referral Milestones and Rewards

Rewards are granted based on the number of successful referrals. Referrals are considered successful once the referred individual confirms their subscription to the Akhbaraka newsletter. The rewards corresponding to each referral milestone are as outlined in the promotional materials and may be subject to change at our sole discretion. Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted for an alternative of equal or greater value. 

  1. Reward Redemption

Rewards will be issued after the verification of each successful referral. We will send an email with instructions on how to redeem your rewards upon reaching a referral milestone. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. Some rewards can only be redeemed if you are an existing, fully verified, Baraka user. Your Akhbaraka subscriber email address must match the email address used with your Baraka account to be eligible for such rewards. 

  1. Modification and Termination

Baraka reserves the right to modify or terminate the Akhbaraka Newsletter Referral Program terms or rewards at any time without notice. Participants expressly acknowledge and accept that they shall have no liability or recourse whatsoever against Baraka in respect of any amendment or termination of the program.

  1. Liability

Baraka shall not be liable to participants for any loss of value or expectation related to the program or rewards earned. Participants shall be solely liable for any tax obligations arising from receiving rewards.

  1. Fraud and Abuse

Baraka reserves the right to disqualify any participant if, in our sole discretion, we determine that such person has acted in violation of the program's terms or has acted fraudulently or dishonestly. We reserve the right to revoke (without any obligation to compensate) the award of any rewards if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a participant has acted fraudulently or with any intention to defraud us.

  1. Data Protection

Any data collected and stored from participants in connection with the program shall be held by Baraka in compliance with the Dubai International Financial Centre’s legislative and regulatory data protection framework.

  1. Complaints

Should participants have a complaint regarding the program, they are advised to submit their complaint in writing to support@getbaraka.com.
